1. What are the Prospect Reports?

The Prospect Reports are only accessible by Admin, Location Admin and Recruiter Manager Roles. This information is found under the Reports tab in Prospects. When you click on "Reports" this displays the Performance Summary which is divided into various data filters, select the filters you wish to view and then click APPLY to view the results (the report will not update until you click Apply):

There are also Recruiter Activity Reports below the Performance Summary Report. These are accessible to Recruiters, but will only show their data and not other Recruiters. Recruiter Managers, Admin and Location Admin Roles can access other Recruiter data:

2. How do I export the Summary Data?

The Reports can be downloaded to PDF, CSV or XML by using the export icon after you APPLY the filters:

If you wish to see the actual names of the Students that comprise the Report results, click the expansion [+] icon:
