This build introduces our new 'Admission' Stage to Prospects.

1. Admission Stage.

The Admission Stage combines and tracks several common Admission Advisor activities into a single area. These include 3 Sections:

a. Admission Details

These are Expected Program Name, Session, Intake, Dates (Enroll, Start, Expected End) and Expected Revenue Tracking.

b. Admission Core Documents

These are optional Core Documents central to every Admissions process

- Application Form

- Letter of Offer

- Contract

c. Admission Checklist

This is a customizable list that can be updated in #3 Admissions Config

This new Stage addition includes a new 'Admission' tab in prospect details.

The same Tab 'Admission' is available under the prospect list. Admission tracking has also been added to the list.

2. Admissions Tab.

There is also a new Prospect List tab called 'Admissions'. This is where Advisors can work with Students in Admission Stage to view missing Application, Letter of Offer, Contracts etc. There are some Stats along with quick buttons to jump to key areas of potential interest:

Under Institution Config / Prospects / Admissions you can set which items are required when a Prospect is added:
