ampEducator - Proctoring | SmarterServices Integration Guide

Proctoring for Student Tests in ampEducator is enabled under Institution Config / Courses / Proctoring. You must be an Admin User to access and enable this service.

Note: In order to use SmarterServices you must have an account with them first. For more information contact https://smarterservices.com/contact/ . 

1.  Enable Proctor in ampEducator.

Once you have your account information you can proceed to Username (top right) / Institution Config / Courses / Proctoring

1. Click Proctor Enabled = Yes.
2. Select your Proctor (in this case SmarterServices).
3. Enter your API Key, Install SID and Access Key.
4. Click Save and Test.

2. Add Test to Course.

Note: If you have not created a Test yet please refer toTest Guide - See Test Proctoring Options. Once a Student starts a student test they will be redirected to SmarterServices for onboarding and then redirected back to ampEducator for completing the test.
