1. Prospect Enrollment Checklist in ampEducator
The enrollment checklist for prospects is a checklist of different types of items (required or not required) that have to completed as part of the enrollment process. ampEducator tracks and displays the status of the required checklist item as Completed or Not Completed.
There are several types of Checklist items that can be added:
Check Box - A simple checkbox item identifying a requirement.
Contract - A contract to be digitally signed.
Document - A document to be uploaded.
Email - An email to be sent.
Form - A form (or application) which needs to be completed.
Letter - A letter to be generated / sent.
Meeting - A meeting to be booked / completed.
SMS - An SMS to be sent.

2. Enrollment Checklist Template
Under Institution Config / Prospects / Enrollment there is a master enrollment checklist. Here you can set up the master list which is applied to all prospects.
3. Enrollment Checklist in Prospect Profile
There is now a new tab call 'Enrollment Checklist'. Admin users can manage this list (i.e. add / delete / update) while recruiters only see the option to complete each item.
Users click on the checkmark to complete each item. To complete an item the associated item needs to be chosen. For example, if the driver's license picture is required then they need to either upload driver's license photo or select the photo from student's documents.
Similarly for all the other items. If the item is a Contract they must select a signed contract, if it's a Form they must select a completed Form, if it's a Meeting they must select a completed Meeting. In addition, each item has the option to create an associated item such as generate a new Form, Email, Sms, Letter, etc.
4. Accessing the Enrollment Checklist from the Prospect List
A new column called Enrollment Checklist is now available under the prospect list which shows the current status of the checklist.You can also expand (+) the Prospect and click on the Enrollment Checklist to view from the Prospect List:

When you enroll a single student now you will also see the enrollment checklist in the enrollment dialog box.
