1. What is the Prospect List?

This is the List view of each Prospect shown when you click on the Main Menu "Prospects". The List Tab is composed of Prospect detail information for you to view at a glance up to 25 Prospects to a page at a time in order to optimize screen loading times. To customize your list you can use the Search, Filters or Column Selector to show different data points in your Prospect List. If you are unsure about this please the navigation and user interface article: review https://ampeducator.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/11000096479-1-3-navigation-user-interface-ui-

this explains how to apply the UI tools that are common to ampEducator in the top right corner:

2. What does the Colour Coding Indicate on the Prospect List?

Each Prospect is colour coded based on the Event Date that is set for the Prospect. Events that are not Completed properly will show as past due until updated on your List or in your User Agenda. If you do not see the Event in your Agenda, it is because you are not the assigned Recruiter to the Prospect. Only the assigned Recruiter will see the Events for the Prospect unless you create a specific Event for another user that is related to the Prospect:

a. Grey/White indicating an Event set for to occur in the future:

b. Yellow indicating an Event set for Today:

c. Pink indicating an Event that is Overdue (Late):

2. Why does my data look different than what is shown on the Prospect List?

You can select anything you like in the prospect list by clicking on the Select Column icon and choosing the Prospect Data to view in the List. Click Update Columns and the items you have selected with update in your List. The items you select will only effect your user login View and not other users. Each user can select their own View and the system will retain that same View each time the user logs in:

3. How do I view/update the Prospect Profile?

Clicking on the Name of the Prospect or using the Edit Prospect, View Activity or Add Communication icons to the right of will allow you to view the Prospect Profile and perform Activities:

4. How can I view all the Prospect Activity?

To view all the Activity or Perform a new Activity on any Prospect you can click the + icon to the left of the Prospect Name in the list to expand on Activity for the Prospect. All the Activities for the Prospect will be listed by date with icon options to right to edit/update/view the Activity in more detail:

Different Activities may include many different actions such as Events, Status Changes, SMS, Email, etc. and depending on the Activity the icon option to the right will reflect this. Completed Events for example can only be viewed but Pending Events can be updated:

5. How can I view the Prospect Enrollment Checklist?

Expand the Prospect and click on Enrollment Checklist. Note: You can build templated checklists to appear automatically under Institution Config > Prospects > Checklist.

6. Where do I find the Prospect Activity Shortcut Buttons?

To quickly update or perform common Prospect Activities (Add Note, Add Event, Send Email, Send SMS, Add Status, Enroll, Lost, Reject) you can use the Shortcut buttons found at the top right when you expand the Activities List for without having to open up the Prospect Profile:
