11.07.23 | Form Notifications & Email Signatures

Forms now have 2 new features added. Forms Notification and Electronic Signatures.

Form Notifications

Previously, if you wanted Students to be sent a copy of the Form you would need to enable "Email Link" under Form Submit. We now have deprecated this function and all Students will be always be automatically emailed a copy of the form with PDF attachment.

As well, when you send a Prospect or Student a Form from the Forms section in their Profile you will now have the option to Notify User(s) when the Form is submitted (completed) by the Student:

Form Email Signatures

Under Forms / Edit / Submit you can now enable Form Signature by clicking "Require Signature". With this option selected when you send this Form to a Prospect, Student or use it as a Public Form a box to draw a Signature will appear at the bottom of the Form. When the Form is submitted with a Signature enabled,  ampEducator will send a verification email with a unique link / key which can then be clicked on in order to confirm the Signature originated from the email user.

Once the Signature is verified by using the email link the Form is officially submitted and both the Student and Notify Users receive the signed copy.
