You can now forward emails for prospects / students to ampEducator for archival / tracking / other purposes.
Under Prospects / Communications or Students / Communications you will see 2 additional emails. Clicking on the icon will copy them to your clipboard for easy copy / paste.
Both the emails will add the forwarded email to the student's record.
+from version is meant for emails that were sent from the student
+to version is for emails that a user sent to the student.
This appear as Received / Sent emails in the student's email box.
