We are pleased to introduce Attendance Status Tracking History and Student Attendance Email
Attendance Status History
Under Students / Academics / Attendance there is now a new list called 'Attendance Status'. A new Attendance Status is added anytime the Attendance Status changes for Students. This list is monitored by ampEducator and has the option of emailing Students when their status changes to Marginal or Review.
Student Attendance Email
Under Institution Config / Students / Email you can now have the option to email students when their attendance status goes to 'Marginal' or 'Review.
ampEducator will check daily to see if the Attendance Status has changed and update the Student with an email of the new status and the cause.
