1. How to use the Prospect More Actions Button.
Additional Actions that can be performed in the Prospect section. To select Prospects use the checkbox to the left or the master checkbox at the top to select All, Visible or None to clear your selection.
a. Add to Group: This allows you to create and/or add the Prospects you have to a new or existing Group(s). These Groups are used to track Prospects/Students (by adding or removing members), filtering on the Group in the Prospect/Student Lists and to send bulk emails and SMS to the members of the Group. Groups are found under the Home Tools > Groups menu once you have added the Prospects to the Group you can access the Group and perform more actions.
b. Enroll Selected: Changes the Status of the Prospects you have selected in the list to Enrolled and creates Student record.
c. Merge Selected: Used to merge duplicate prospects.
i.You will be prompted to select a Primary Prospect record.
ii. Copies any info missing from merged (non-primary) Prospects to Primary Prospect. Example: It will only copy addresses if they are completely missing from prospect. It will copy most information, but not all ie. the merge will skip the Expected Date, Revenue and Revenue%.
iii. Copies over events, emails, letters, documents, notes.
iv. Deletes the merged prospects from the system - this cannot be restored.
d. Reject Select: Changes the Status of the Prospects you have selected in the List to 'Rejected' with reason code.
e. Transfer Selected: Allows you to Transfer or re-assign Prospects you have selected from Recruiter to another.
