Agencies in ampEducator
We are pleased to announce our Agencies feature. Agencies in ampEducator is designed to manage any Companies and/or Consultants that your institution may work with to increase Student Enrolment and may be paid on a Commissions basis.
Add / Edit Agencies
Admin Users can now add or Edit Agents under Username (top right) in the new section called Agencies:
Agency info is managed by clicking on the Agency name and currently includes; Details, Account Summary, Agents, Students, Invoices, Payments, Commissions and Commission Payments.
Add / Edit Agents
Agents are similar to the Admission Advisors Role as they are associated to Prospects and Students, but they are also associated with an Agency and have access to the Agent Portal. Agents have an extra Role access fields you can control called Agency Admin which provides access to all Agents in the portal. Agents also have a Commission Rate % which is their default commission rate.
Commissions & Payments
Commissions are the % that an agent has earned. They are associated with an Invoice and these are added to the Commissions Payable account. Commission Payments are payments made to Agents. When you make a payment it reduces the commission owed. A payment is taken from one of the payment accounts (i.e. bank, cheque etc..) and added to the Commissions Expense account.
